Still looking for pictures of your children for our “I AM DETERMINED” campaign.

October is Down syndrome awareness month and Special & Determined is hosting a new awareness campaign, and we would love to have your “determined” child to be a part of it.

Please visit our Facebook page, “like” it and then go to our “I Am Determined” tab.  You will be able to upload your child’s picture through this tab.

Please make sure your child is holding a sign that says: “I am determined_____________”.  Similar to my little boy above.   Or if you are on Twitter you can tweet me your picture @jacobisspecial referencing #specialanddetermined.  Please make sure to give me your child’s name and age.

The intention of this campaign is to spread awareness and compassion for our children.  To show the world their beauty and to show that they have dreams and are determined to do something.

I will then create a video similar to the 21 FACES of Down syndrome video below that I showed on World Down syndrome day back March 21st of this year.

And I will also create a Pinterest board
